Module 1 (Listening for the First Time) - Learn the difference between listening and hearing. 7min 55secs

Module 3 (Minimal Encouragers) - You will learn how to keep a conversation going without saying a word. 5mins 41sec
Module 4 (Questioning) - What are the right questions to ask and how to ask them. 7min 34secs
Module 5 (Reflecting) - Using body language to make somone trust you. 5min 5secs
Module 6 (Paraphrasing) - How to build rapport and trust with someone by showing you are interested in them. 5min 23secs
Module 7 (Why is "I" so destructive?) - Learn why the word "I" stops you from listening. 6min 40secs
Module 8 (Emotional Identification) - You'll learn to listen beyond just the spoken words. 7min 55secs
